Cancellation policy

Is your holiday unexpectedly cancelled? Please observe the following cancellation conditions, valid for bookings via www.ginchalet.nl:

• 24 hours before arrival
• Free, you will receive 100%, of the booking amount already paid, back.

• On day of arrival or during your stay
• You will receive 0% of the booking amount back.

You can cancel by sending an email to contact@ginchalet.nl.

After a cancellation, any refund will be made by GinChalet within five working days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to our services.

GinChalet has the right to revoke your booking up to 48 hours after the time of booking, stating reasons.
